. AL-LAD is a rainbow, while LSD is a lightning bolt. + aurora borealis/images
    #22177608 -

Of course when there's lighting, it is more fun to see and more of a 'rush'... but rainbows are really beautiful.

Hi all,

here's a post from another forum
'AL-LAD is a rainbow, while LSD is a lightning bolt'

So what do you think is better? vote and give your experience/opinion below.

Also, what I found interesting is there was a 'man' who was taking a SSRI, but he became very violent/anti-human/guns/etc. And his background image profile had a lighting strike .

So if we take into how the drugs work, maybe AL-LAD is better than LSD?  If the hippies took AL-LAD instead of LSD in the 60's, what would happen?

AND, is there a combination of drugs such as taking MDMA,AL-LAD and a bit of cactus all together, would that combination make the  aurora borealis?

here's some image examples:
AL-LAD:

LSD:

So if we take into how the drugs work, maybe AL-LAD is better than LSD?
What's better?
You may choose only one

I think it's all subjective and your poll is invalid.

In accordance to the metaphor, it makes sense. L can be unpredictable. Whereas AL is really consistent. They are both good for different reasons. They are equal.

There is no proper way to describe it in written language

Even with pictures or videos, you can only feel it

Im guessing LSD has greater dopamine agonism than AL LAD which makes it more "cognitive". Eth LAD I believe has greater 5ht3 agonism. Altering the emotional experience a bit but also inducing more nausea

All of these metaphors are just that. To get at the objective differences you have to use words with very precise meanings
