like....?

I almost didn't talk to him at all for like two or three months leading up to this shit. When I tried to ask him what he thought I owed him for he'd either completely dodge the question or say stuff like "you know exactly what you owe me for" or "you fucking stole from me you piece of shit"

We never had any sort of disagreement during our partnership

Got ya. Well I think he's a drug fiend and is looking for any way to get money, or the more obvious thing, he's absolutely bat shit insane. Probably a bit of both I'd say.

I hate violence but if I felt every day like I'm watching my back, at some point I'm going to say to him, "If you want your money, beat it out of me".

See what he does, if he comes at you, give him all you got, break a few of his fingers if you have to. I'm not this kind of person but dude, this can be real self defense. Don't start a fight with him, but tell him, if he wants his money, do something about it. Be armed just in case if possible. If you hurt him real bad chances are, he'll back off.

I hate saying that, but this dude sounds insane and dangerous man. I'd be scared to step out of my car in my driveway. I am not going to live like that. If he's going to attack me, I want to at least see it coming.

definitely keeping my car in the garage from now on and installing some alarms

Always take the path of least resistance. I am NOT encouraging violence, I'm encouraging self defense. All I said was if he's threatening you, you're better off initiating it where you can see it coming, you know?

See if he leaves you alone first, don't do anything stupid yet.

Okay... One of two things... OP is either leaving something out or this is a troll thread...

Your friend sat in a car with a hunting rifle? :lolsy:

Let's say for sake of argument that all of what OP said is real.

This guy sounds unstable and young. If he lives less than 10 min away walking distance I'm pretty sure he lives with his parents.

With that being said, he's a mind fucked kid who could be easily presuded.

If you're not a pussy you need to catch him out and about in yalls neighborhood and beat the fuck out of him.

Not hospital beating, but enough to show him you're not playing. I doubt his parents will care. If this is true, they will know their son is crazy and will know its deserved...

You then file a police report for insurance reasons.

You're on your own after that.

Invite him over and when he comes to the door stick a shotgun in his face and say "Where's the Money you owe me."

Alarms are great... What happens when he's waiting for you outside, at night, and you don't see him?

RIP.

Some psycho fuckbag smashes all the windows out of my car, talking it out is going to be the last thing on my mind.

He owes you money now. I don't know what kind of car you drive, but windows aren't fucking cheap. You must be blinging to just shrug it off like that.

Also don't make threats, make actions.

It's "lose" dude, not "loose."
You say loose when you're referring to a screw that isn't in tight, or when you just finished banging a girl with your 1 foot dick.
You say lose when you aren't winning.

And then I go kill a bitch because the flaming orb in the sky told me to do so, and I don't know, oppress a few minorities here and there in the name of nuclear fusion?

Religion is fun.
