I do it when in any public bathroom or one not my own, just because of being in there, touching handle to flush, etc...so work, others houses, restaurants, whatever other bathroom that is not the bathroom in my own home.

When at home, its my own bathroom, so my own germs/bacteria/virii, so i don't worry about it..

Your hands are dirty before you piss, so you get your hand bacteria on your dick and dick bacteria on your hands.  Hypothetically, now you have both dick and hand bacteria all over your genitals, which is probably the most moist sweaty place on your body.  Prime real estate for bacteria.  Doesn't matter if you showered this morning; bacteria is growing there... bacteria that I'm sure nobody wants to touch but you.

I'd say that not washing your hands is extremely rude and selfish if you are in public or in the company of others.

Yeah, the people who don't was them are kind of a bunch  of nasty bitches, in all honesty. Unless it's the slums of India where the water is brown and without soap, you should wash them every time you use the bathroom.

I was at a friends party, where my friends dad was a Seal, and his brother a Green Beret. My friend's dad walked out of the bathroom, hands unwashed. His brother said "In the Army, they teach us to wash our hands after we piss." and his response was " They teach us not to piss on our hands in the Navy".

That sums it up...I don't piss on my hands, so there is no need to wash them, unless i had to touch the door of a public restroom or am in the company of ladies.
