Oh yeah I suck a whole lot. Lemons for example. Sometimes I sip too, like hot cocoa I'll sip cuz it's hot. Now I do slurp my soup.

Pretty sure we all suck sometimes charlie.  I surely ain't an exception on the matter.  Sometimes I'm quick to judge, sometimes I can be dismissive if I have lost respect for the person expressing, sometimes I can be impatient, irritable and come across as "holier than thou".

I know how to cut someone down, personally and direct to the deep vulnerabilities I perceive within their character/core, and when all of the above forces coalesce, I've used that unfortunate ability to really hurt people.

I think that makes me someone who sucks... sometimes.

I do try to come around, own my misbehaviors and apologize.  But I definitely don't always get it right, and not everything can be repaired with an apology.

Ask yourself, Is a holier than thou attitude actually suck?
Take any statement that causes suffering and ask 1) is it true? 2) can I absolutely know it’s true? 3) how would I feel without the belief?
