I found the purewhip for sale on amazon, but how do you open/dispense them?  (I know this sounds like a moronic question but I've only ever done nitrous once, at burning man, and some one just handed me an already filled balloon.)

Any recommendations on a good brand of cracker?  All of the ones I see on Amazon are rated like 3 stars or under and the reviews say they leak and burn your hands.

Most crackers do that I've found. That's mainly if you are cracking them back to back to back, like most hippie crackheads do... the thing will get super cold. Get a whip cream dispenser and you don't have to worry about that nearly as much.
