Was that the RPG or insanely hard sidescroller shooter? Either way i vaguely remember both being great. Just remembered the game a few days ago thanks to "never been" by wiz khalifa using the main menu song from game.

Chrono Trigger is one of my favorite games ever.  I love SNES Squaresoft games so fucking much.  Some of the best RPG's that ever came into existence were Squaresoft games.

I was so surprised when I bought Final Fantasy Chronicles.  I wasn't aware that Chrono Trigger came with it.

EDIT:Chrono Cross was fucking cool also.

If we could look into each others hearts, and understand the unique challenges each of us faces, I think we would treat each other much more gently, with more love, patience, tolerance, and care.

It takes a lot of courage to go out there and radiate your essence.

I know you scared, you should ask us if we scared too.  If you was there, and we just knew you cared too.

The entire Chrono series is amazing. It's a lot better than Final Hallway (insert number here).

Dunno about that shit, ffvi and ffvii were brilliant... See no reason to compare such epic games... Squaresoft made a good handful.. E.g. Earthbound

6 and 7 were absolutely amazing at the time, but too many people still go on and on about them, made me start to like them a bit less

number 3 is pretty good, once youve played the rest of them you see number 3 had a bunch of things that would later recur

chocobos
moogles
going inside the airship/having different airships for different things
class changing
summons

i know theres a lot more i cant think of

I don't know why but I found the End of Time stage to be awesome and haunting and I still remember it.  It's the first thing I thought of when I saw this thread.

neither did i, its called emulators(i would have been 1 when it came out lol)

i would have been in grade 7 or 8 when ffx came out, it was pretty amazing at the time after that i started to grow out of them, i played a bit of 12 but got bored of it

what freaked me out years later was when i was looking up freemasons old initiation ritual (at least i assume its old i cant imagine they still do it) looks a lot like tidus from ffX
