You cannot legislate the poor into prosperity by legislating the wealthy out of prosperity. What one person receives without working for another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for that my dear friend is the beginning of the end of any nation. Tell it to your PO. I'm sure they'll yield to the power of your logic.

You said that they wouldn't "give a fuck" about the points I am trying to make but they clearly have. I might not win but the judge knows the law and he knows what the fuck he is doing...and he is obviously about a 1000 times better at thinking logically than everyone in this thread combined.

you're not going to tell me you don't know what spice is, or sythetic weed is. If you're smoking it, and complaining about, you know damn fucking well what it is.
I know it's a blanket phrase, and I completely follow your point, but if you're smoking it, you know what it is, you know?

Idk about anyone else, but I can get a pretty strong body buzz from just 1-2 cups of coffee while experiencing significant mental effects.  I'd call that a high,

Maybe so, but the law doesn't.:yesnod:There is NO objective definition so any rule is arbitrary and meaningless.

Listen...if you can create an objective, all-encompassing and legally enforceable definition for "spice," then I will admit my argument was flawed and accept like a 1 month ban. Cool?

Wow you guys seriously...is it really so much to ask that the people calling me stupid have even half the logical aptitude of a judge, when judges have been responsible for creating some of the most asinine, Unconstitutional laws in history? We find one that MIGHT be receptive in curbing some aspect of prohibition yet every single person in this thread takes the position of my sanctimonious, benzo gulping PO instead.:shake:

Maybe you have a different definition than me for the term "good arguments." Is this the case?

Your PO doesn't need good arguments.

Let us know how it works out for you. Then you can crow about your arguments.

i wouldnt reccomend it.

they dont suck youre dick they bend you over.

you DO still get to do whatever you want and DO whatever drugs you want but the consequences get exponentially more severe.

my advice?

learn to drug test and you can continue to do yer precious drugs

or rot in a cell.

or quit drugs till you handle yer shit.

now that last one is kinda tough for drug addicts, so learn the system

Haha I don't give a shit about my PO's arguments...it's the judge that I will have to convince in a hearing. And I'm going to make sure it works pretty well because I'm going to be thoroughly discussing my plan with a lawyer to ensure that NO aspect of it can/will land me in jail. The absolute WORST thing that will happen is that I will have to get out of bed earlier than usual to go to a hearing and nothing will get changed.
