Probation Question: Zero Tolerance Condition?

Hi, I have been on probation for several months and recently I was moved to the lowest "supervision level", where I dont have to meet weekly with a probation officer and I just get called up every once in awhile for random urines. However, on the sheet that I have a copy of which the officer faxed to the officer in charge of taking urines, it has a line that says "Zero Tolerance Condition: Check yes or no", and yes has been checked. Now I have never heard of this condition before and I didnt get a chance to ask him, and it is not part of the conditions given to me by the judge. Why has this been added, and what does it mean? If I get one dirty urine could I be sent to jail? I dont like the sound of that... thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

you cannot fail...plain and simple
there will be no tolerance on the testing, no margin of error...if you fail I'm sure you can demand a retest(of the same urine)
Stay clean is my sugesstion

yeah dude, just stay clean! i'm on diversion right now (similar to probation.. can get random urine tests, even though i haven't had one yet and its been a couple months).. i'm not gonna risk going to jail just for a bowl or something..
i'll tell ya what though, the day i get off diversion is going to be such a highass day.

it all depends: in wisconsin, the plotkin analysis is used to determine if reincarceration is appropriate.. 1. the nature/seriousness of origenal offense (did you get busted for possession?) 2. your institutional conduct record (your on probation, so this prolly dont matter. 3. your conduct while on probation, parole or Extended supervision. 4. is reincarceration necessary to protect the public from you. (for a dirty, I would doubt this)
the unwritten one is... how big of an asshole your PO is. your PO catches you with a dirty sample, but are you living an other wise clean , goal oriented life while on probation? if your working/attending school (these are huge) and you havent done anything else to piss off your PO, he may very well let your dirty slide (look the other way, but document the dirty in your file), make you attend drug treatment classes, sanction you with a week or so in jail, or revoke you all together.
but if you commit other conduct violations (these DO NOT equal breaking the law, read the conduct rules sheet you signed) or get multiple dirties, you may paint your PO into a corner that forces him/her to revoke you. Then the dirty comes up during your hearing regardless of whether he looked the other way at first ( like i said, it will be documented) as a rules infraction.
Basically, its a risk not worth taking...

My PO is indeed a powerhungry cop from hell, even though I have a full-time job and im going to college part time as well and getting good grades, he harasses me constantly and gives me urine tests just about every week. I cant beleive you can be incarcerated for a dirty urine, I am the most nonviolent person you will ever meet and have never hurt anyone in my life, but i dont doubt he would put me in jail for one dirty and then maybe i wont be so nonviolent when i get out :-(

zero tolerance means if you test positive you get sanction, if you're not zero tolerance you get a chance to provide a sample with lower level a week or so later, if it's higher at that time, you will be sanctioned
