I like regular ovens and grills better. Microwaves and the plastic containers intended for use in them, sketch me out. I would rather heat things up in the oven, stove or on the grill.

on an average day 100% of my meals are cooked in a microwave.  the only time I eat food that isn't is when my mama feeds me :lol:  I usually grill on the weekends but that's it.  my microwave is my savior

my grandparents are afraid of microwaves. they refuse to buy one. they also refuse to get a cell phone based on the same principles.

microwaves are the only things allowed in my dorm, so i use it for all of my cooking. it's depressing sometimes, but i love it.

If plastic breaks down in water bottles and has the possibility to leech into water if it is reused, I don't see how Glad containers in microwaves are immune to that.

Besides, microwaves fuck up texture hardcore.

Had one for three-four years. All it ever did was collecting dust. Microwaves are only good for defrosting.

I'd rather take the time to cook it all from scratch so that it has a good texture and the taste it's intended to have. Becoming dependent on cooking with microwaves is horrible IMO. I want to know how to make all my meals from scratch and the proper "old fashioned" way and if possible from ingredients I grew or harvested myself.

youre wifey material for sure lol.  I should get to learning how to cook, if I started cooking meals daily I bet my room mate would definitely go gay for me.  I gotta net me a really good southern woman who knows how to cook soul food because as awesome as tv dinners and frozen pizzas are there's nothing like a good home cooked meal.  I think cooking just comes naturally to some people and I suck ass at it.  I can grill a mean cut of meat and make awesome baked beans but thats about it.
