Depends on the face.

Sometimes blonde goes with a face better than brown. Sometimes the otherway around.

It's case by case.

I know I prefer straight/wavy over Annie curls though.

hmm, to honestly think about it.  Certain hair complements other physical features such as face contour and whatnot.

So, any color can be better if it (in my opinion) better fits the body/face as a whole.
