what a lame ass halloween

So this isn't a wrecker service that just moves cars, it's a "shop" that will pick up the car? If that's not the case, maybe I'm misunderstanding, If it is, I would still find some place else.

Are your roommate's cars at home? Put one of their tires on your car and throw yours in the trunk. Drive to a tire shop and get yours fixed, put roommate's tire back. I generally don't like to be shady, but unless you live in the middle of fucking no where and driving the car on the tire somehow equates to several thousand miles, it won't make a difference to them or even be something they'd notice. You can get honest and I'm sure they wouldn't give a fuck.

If their cars aren't there, do you really have no one at all who could just give you a ride? Pay pretty much any of your coworkers 50 dollars, even the people who don't know or like you would probably go for it. How far is the shop? Every tire shop I've seen is a mile at most. It's very easy to roll a tire, even a flat one. The time it really becomes a problem is when there's a thousand or more pounds being put on that tire alone. Just walk the damn thing there.

Further, just start calling all the no name tire places. The chains are almost definitely not going to do it, but the small businesses of people who started from ground up and are not a franchise type place, would almost definitely send someone to come get you and your rim, fix it, and drive it back if you gave them the incentive to do so. Those places are ALWAYS looking for references and trying to build their reputation. Doubt anyone would do it for free, but offer 20-50 bucks (if you have a few to choose from you could even probably get one for the lower end of the spectrum). I'm sure they'd send one of their employees to get your business. This isn't even banking on word of mouth. Someone does something like that for you, you're always going to be inclined to go back to them. It's just good business.

Like I said, give your business to people who actually want it. Call around tomorrow (Sunday or not) you might be surprised.
