As far as interactions with other drugs, I never really noticed any ill effects, and around this time I was doing coke and popping rolls like they were aspirin. I never dosed acid while taking Paxil though, so I can't really comment too much on that.

I did notice some sexual side-effects too. There was never a problem with getting it up, just a problem "finishing", which actually wasn't too much a problem, but an annoyance.

4 years later my doctor has been advising me I should try an anti-depressant again, but I've been telling him how hesitant I am based on that experience plus knowing too many people who have taken them without getting much out of it. He showed me the information on it and it clearly listed "sexual side effects" as potential and I figure if the other shit did that there's a good chance that will too, making it pointless to take.
