How safe is checkpics.com

A friend from highschool dropped a link with my msn name.checkpics.com, and when I click it asks me to type in my msn email and password.
I dont want to... :crazy:

Is this really a "pics for msn friends v1.1c" like it says, or is this as tainted as it seems to be?

From their privacy policy:

By putting in your username and password, they send out spam using your messenger account. 

But it gets better:

I was thinking of skimming through their terms and conditions, but I didnt bother because I didnt think theyd be so straigth forward... :crazy:

The domain is registered to "Jeff Fisher" from TST Management, with an address in Panama.  Looking up the Panama address, it belongs to Panama Legal Law Firm, an offshore law firm located in Panama.

Fisher... phisher... funny.

Looks like he has a ton of domains that are all set to do the same thing... trick people into putting in a username/password so that he can use their account to gather new contacts and to send out spam.

There is also a lot of talk about some program associated with this yoyo being spyware/malware/virus.  I didn't look too deeply.  Google is your friend, if you care to dig a bit.

I googled but all it said was that it was an expired domain... I didnt think to look for any names... :shrug:
