I think Garcia would be the safer option. More of a game manager than Delhomme. Delhomme has been an interception machine his last couple of seasons in the league.

who did delhomme have to throw to when he was with the panthers? he might actually be decent with real receivers and an O line.... wait scratch that O line.... when you have 2 qbs put out for the season your O line sucks.

Yes but he was probably the only decent reciever that ever came out of that franchise.
