5 Good stars are waiting on you when you change your rating. In fact people are getting their plants. Mental Exp will go back and right all wrongs. Just because myc is resistant to certain substrates that others would die in Potency and fruit quality/size and other factors are based on much more than that fact alone. You may have made a lucky guess and be right but theres no way to tell what grows the strongest fruits vs potency without the scientific method a ton of strain isolation and controlled experiments fruiting each individual and advanced measuring devices and repeatable results after the fact.

ok. multiple posts have said 70% and got some facts and figures and reasons, etc.

so my math says to convert 91% to 70% and this is going to be hard to do visually without a chalkboard.
to figure active ingredient 91/100 (percentage) * x/946 (volume) equals 100x * 86086 which makes x=860,86 (divide 86086 by 100) which is the amount of anhydrous alcohol in 91% by ml's(i have 861 mls of pure alcohol in 946 mls of 91% storebought). (946-860.86=85.14, i have 860.86 ml's of alcohol and 85.14 ml's of water)

now to determine how much distilled water to add to dilute to a 70% solution. more complicated math.

i have 860.86/946(the current dilution) = 70/100(the desired solution) cross multiply and divide. 860.86*100=86086/70=1229.8 (the new desired total volume).
