it is our ego that tries to label everything. good. bad. scary. fun. try to just be conscious. let go of your ego. let it die and be reborn. you may or may not see some scary things. i explained to someone in my last post that helps a bad trip make a great deal of sense to me. psychedelics are just amplifiers of things we think and feel on a regular basis. the use of psychedelics just gives us the eyes to see these things so that we can become aware of them and either embrace or change them. sometimes during a bad trip we will close our eyes and see monsters. i think of these monsters as representative of emotions. anger, greed, worry, fear, deception, lust. for example, every time you give in to anger in your daily life, you make that monster bigger, so that the next time you take a psychedelic drug you are confronted with this big monster that you have already created. it is a good thing that we are able to see it manifest so that we know that it even exists and we can try to redirect our thought process in the future so that we are not confronted with it again. it is important for us to become conscious and aware of the energy that we are putting out (or the entities that we are feeding) in every moment so that we can be consciously creating good. and that will manifest in our lives as well as our psychedelic experiences. just lay back and enjoy the ride. and like mushroomtip said, don't forget to communicate what's going on in your head! find strength in the people around you.
