go read up on the defintion of sterilization. Then go read up on what alcohol is used for. Then read about disinfectants while you are at it. You will eventually learn that alcohol sterilizes.

To anyone who thinks alcohol will sterilize(and there only appears to be one of you) simply dip your thumb in alcohol, and then touch it to a petri dish.  Within a few days, you'll have a perfect thumbprint growing with dozens of various molds and bacteria.
