I agree completely.  Learned a valuable lesson and have continued to pass that message on to others newly excited about this hobby

Re: Re: Nervous teen accused of pot possession headed to court [PALM BAY]

Before you call innocent citizens "dumbasses" because they get caught for possessing marijuana, you should take a look at yourself.

templeton1 responded on 07/28/10 10:42 AM:

The reason I said he was a "dumbass" is not because he was smoking marijuana, but because he willingly handed over the evidence when the cop asked him if he was OK.  In his post, Chemy says that he was a standup guy because "he was charged with possession so he didn't snitch"; that may be true, but he likely wouldn't have been charged at all had he not willingly handed over evidence of his guilt.  Often times, police will use the threat of a drug dog to elicit just that response. The cops were out for a conviction, he was charged with possession--not let off the hook for being honest with the police.

I don't agree with the legislation concerning marijuana either, but this man could have done a great deal to avoid all of the hassle that he now has to face.  If that would have happened to me or any of my friends, I think dumbass is a suitable description.

Re: Re: Ensuring security of a room

you don't need to make a new thread for every fucking question you might have. Just make one big thread containing BOTh questions. WOW what an idea! tard.

templeton1 responded on 07/28/10 10:32 AM:

Thread 1: Ensuring Security of a Room - 7 October 2009
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11199634#11199634

Thread 2: Roommate's Ignorance to the Law - 13 October 2009
http://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/11237965#11237965

The second thread was created a week later than the first about a completely unrelated incident.  In addition to being far too long for a follow-up question in an unrelated post, the second thread led to the creation of the sticky thread "Videos: Your Rights, and How to Deal with Cops" in the Security and Safety section by Alan Rockefeller that same day.
