Kept saying that he was shipping, then said he shipped. He then stopped responding.
Nothing was received. Luckily, he was supposed to ship first, because he did not have a trade rating, so nobody lost out.
I would not normally rate someone that reneged on a deal, but I think I should leave this as a warning to others to be careful who they give out addresses to. If you ask for an address, the deal is made.
