Instead of belittling, shaming, or arguing with me they shoved me in the right direction to an information source where I could do my own research and do with it what I wish...Which actually informed me through multiple examples I in fact, I did have bacterial contamination based on the FACTS they pointed me to. For this I really appreciate their effort and give them a 5 rating. |
