Fan drying is not adequate. You are wrong, and to spread such misinformation is detrimental to everyone.

I agree that fan drying may not be adequate on a large scale perhaps but for my position it works a charm perfectly every time
Also it’s an art in itself and must be done correctly in time or you can say good bye to the hard work that’s been done. Maybe I’ll do a write on my method in a pictorial style but I’m either busy doing something or busy doing nothing... the latter being my favourite
