The high that you get from amps, especially meth/ice is not without penalty, basically the negative side effects last way more than the initial high.

Its really not justified, in the long run it messes with your ability to feel joy in the mundane events of life. Anxiety, paranoia and depression can very easily become your new way of dealing with the world and yourself. Its a dead end street offering nothing good.

Psychosis is unpleasant and debilitating, when it happens it can take a very long time before any sense of normality returns. Feeling tired, run down and miserable pretty much all the time is no fun at all.

The list of problems this drug can induce are too many to count, its better to feel the pain associated with quitting than to continue using it and be forced to quit after all the long term negative effects begin.

Take up a fun, rewarding hobby such as gardening, reading positive helpful books or literature, meditate, go for nature walks, learn to enjoy the simple things that life has to offer. Don't trade your wellbeing and peace for a short lived high that acts as a catalyst to misery and pain.
