I always appreciate your input, not parroted, based on experience and helpful to others. I just read where you use mass inoculation of plates to select out most aggressive winners of the genetic race. Helped me understand my 5 plates and a prayer first attempt at agar could use refining off the rip. Thank you. Learning to pour this week.
