just put a cup of very hot water on the top of the plate and the condensation will evaporate. very simple. also, allow the condensation to evaporate from the lid BEFORE you wrap with parafilm also store plates UPSIDEDOWN. IF you have a bunch of plates, flip parafilm wrapped plates upside down on a heating pad on low setting and the condensation will be gone in an hour. All these will help.
