You're a good person and we all have problems.

I can tell by the ratings below that people don't understand who you are or what things you're going through - which, of course, is private in one sense but public in another (your posts in certain forums).

Regardless, take the right steps to be well. You can do it. Reaching out to the community means you're ready for help. Now just go out there and get it.

so do i man dont worry. there is nothing to worry about cause its normal and its not permanent. it just happens to some people not others and it lasts after a trip or sometimes starting a little after a trip. Just ride it out and the best thing to remember is DONT go out of your way to look at them to make sure it was a trail. cause i know you do that too :wink:
