As I'm sure you don't consider misanthropy the way most people do( namely as a bad thing ), I encourage you to keep pushing your boundaries and yourself forward if only in the hope of reaching a higher self-satisfaction.
At the end of the day, what's left but feeling either good about yourself or bad about yourself?
