That said, the opioid problem is huge. Law enforcement doesn't work, and you'd think that we'd have learned that by now....but nope. End the war on drugs, legalize & regulate & things will improve. People are always gonna kill themselves with drugs. That'll never stop. But ending the war on drugs will decrease the numbers. Portugal is evidence of this.
