Mold is soft

Mold is soft, and has little structural integrity. I had observed this, but never fully realized it. A mold contaminated cake once broke into "mushroom" and "mold" halves on me while I was carrying it. It was all white still but the green showed later. Thank you.

I wanted to thank you for being a positive force on this site.
