you've got to find a way to increase natural endorphin production, and ween yourself off heroin. set goals, rehab yourself-you get the symptoms of withdrawal because your heroin abuse has probably all but ceased endogenous brain opioid production.

you'll need to limit use, replace it with other activities, id recommend cannabis, dxm (you'll have to trust me on this) and a fuck load of excercise once on dxm.
heres my recommended routine to return your brain chemistry pre-heroin dependency:

11:11 snort heroin, write in journal, chill out on deck, w/e
2:00 chug 4oz of dextromethorphan (only active ingredient) cough syrup
3:00a energy level is going to start getting crazy as shit- opiates and dxm synergy strong and clearly
3:00b just start biking or running down street, not based on time, but how hard you can push yourself. you may end up very tripped out, maybe not. In time you will not need the boost of wierd black magick that dxm gives. Can substitute meth here, but it will not be as enlightening as dxm.
4~ did you make it back to your house? That sucks, because you were supposed to bring your stencil art and spray paint and tag something, get into a fight, or have an adventure, or meet a girl
5- Ah, you just thought you were at your house, now you are for real. maybe? Do 200 pushups you piece of shit. now smoke some cannabis, relax in the hot tub/bathtub with a glass of wine, and your favorite book
6-smoke weed until you pass out or see god, contemplate what you will do tomorrow if you are lucky enough to be still kicking
7-sleep

goals for day 2:
3 important accomplishments:
ex. garden tended, personal relationships tended to, unruly physical growths tended to (pubic hair, nippe hair, toenails, floss)
excercise/drug routine. subtract 25% of the H you used the day before, get juices/fruit/and veggies into you this morning, try praying/meditating

goals for day 3:
same as day 2: decrease H use by 25% from day 2. New goal, nothing overwhelming.

As always, at end of day, review what you've accomplished and what you want to, how you're going to, and touch yourself if needed.
