It is a trend that culminates in the elimination of the working/middle class, which will become the working poor who at best only have enough money to pay for the most basic needs.

I ask you this: when decisions like yours are being made across the country and employment and wages continue to struggle, who is going to have the spare capital to purchase what your company offers? The economy is a system that we are all apart of. If every company in america cuts their payroll by 50%, that means that there is that much less money in the system which means your company will see less money.

Now although my post may sound harsh or like i'm making you out to be a bad guy, I mean no offense and honestly most people would make the same decisions as you if they were in your shoes. I'm just trying to point out the downward spiral that is perpetuated by business leadership in the post recession economy.
