shit is violent as fuck. people have been known to break bones and a multitude of other injuries. some fighters hit like mack trucks--i know, i have the very wonderful pleasure of getting to fight with a couple of them on a regular basis. it's fun as hell although i don't have as much time to put into it as i'd like due to my schooling.
