Took the words right out of my mouth...
10/28/09 10:19 PM

I like your comment in the "Why my beliefs can't be ridiculed" thread. It's intelligent, critical, yet not caustic or insulting. It shows a good wide-spread perspective on things that I appreciate. Good work.
I quoted your response below just for the sake of clarity:
Quote:

Your perspective, if you're being real about it, is one-sided and lacking balance with other psychological functions. Logic does not define a fleshed out human experience, just one function of mind. Happiness or fulfillment is not a function of logic, and life without the acknowledgement of Mystery is boring at the very least, but totally lacking in Intuitive functions, Feeling functions and Sense functions. So a strictly logical aspect to thinking doesn't do much for living. It merely does well where logic is useful and effective - strategizing and doing math problems, with their utilitarian value. What's your grand proclamation supposed to assert, that you aspire to be a computer?

A fucking retarded debater...
02/13/10 12:41 PM

Never presents supporting evidence for his claims, and has a bunch of annoyingly retarded morals and values; also, he often resorts to ad hominem attacks while he is "debating", and that's just fucking retarded.

Re: Re: Amanita Muscaria - The Gold Realm & White Room of Crucifixion

"Bottom line: Resist interpretation, but note the various elements of your experiences and try to map which archetypal patterns emerged into your consciousness. Christ is the Westerner's central archetype of wholeness. It can manifest in psychosomatic ways (like yours), or in the stigmata, or abstractly as mandalas (cathedral rose windows), or as "Unbearable Compassion" which constellates all other feeling states and motives around the Heart Center (as a human mandala). The psychospiritual result may well be a greater reverence for the Christ in one's own life. Thanks for posting!"

This is very true man, cool post.

Factually incorrect on Plato
07/19/11 08:04 PM

""Plato named a tripartite soul: rational, emotional , and appetative.""

Plato never wrote anything in the first person that claimed that, and evidence from how all the dialogues end, without conclusions, points to the fact that it was for very good reason. You can talk religion all you want, but Plato scholarship is my hobby and I will not have you disgrace his name.

Very rarely do I see someone who can put semi-ineffable psychedelic/spiritual observation into clean and precise words open to scrutiny.
