Poor moderator, bad for the community, biased, shows favoritism with an ego to boot, immature.

His style of moderating?

Do you like throwing people off balance?

I don't know if you can tell, but I'm semi-partial to cats. So nice avatar.

Besides that, you've got some really good insights in some of your posts. Keep up the good work.

Great poster; I enjoy your long posts discussing math, science, illusions, and other interesting topics. Also a good debunker.

Squee...
01/20/09 08:09 PM

I see your avatar all the time and it reminds me of the day I got my license.  I was allowed to skip school and I drove a friend and I to the mall and one of the things I bought was a Squee comic book.  I remember sitting there in the parking lot of the school waiting for my gf at the time to walk by so I could drive her home from school for the first time in our relationship.

Good comic.

at first I thought you are not objective and rational enough to compete with Swami, but I think now that you are even more openminded than him. It is pleasant to see your avatar in any thread becuse you know how to bring balance in BOTH ways

For keeping personal insults out of debates, and keeping the discussion civil. You're a great mod. By the way, you still don't have a point

Diploid responded on 10/30/12 03:00 PM:

Reading comprehension issues? Nothing in the debate was personal. And I write at 3rd grade level so even morons should understand. Somehow it's still above your reading grade.

Sure there is.

One can argue what one knows is false because he's invested in the position or it's in one's interest. One can also argue neutrally in an honest search for truth and accept when a line of reasoning undermines one's position.

The first is what dishonest politicians do. The latter is what honest philosophers do.

Big difference.
