" They're all sooo good. Growing them eliminates certain mycorrhizal mushrooms like Chantrelles/Boletes though, so I'd recommend trying some Oysters or Lions Mane(Hericium erinaceus). Growing them can be very helpful to the environment too, check out the book Mycelium Running. If you live anywhere near the woods though, you can go find your own and be completely eco-friendly." |
