For the grow along project & this:

"Despite the fact that autoclaving for one hour at 15 psi is sufficient to kill most contaminants, grain having initially high bacteria populations may require sterilization at higher temperatures and for prolonged periods of time. Autoclaving quart jars for 1 hour at 270°F. (which is equivalent to 27 psi) is sufficient to neutralize grain heavily infested with endospores forming bacteria." -Paul Stamets
Been working out issues that I believe are related to my rye grains & have been looking for supporting info such as above.

Mad Seasom is someone who has put up with me asking a ton of questions and saying a lot of not so right stuff, but he is always pretty friendly about it, and has helped me regularly since I really got serious into cultivating.
