Good morning, I have old agar plates that are pinning and some of them have mushrooms. I have two questions... Does that mean they are free of contaminants? (I'm still trying to get visuals of all cases because I haven't achieved the" perfect" Looking plates but I get" I think it looks pretty good" plates. 2. Are those strong genetics and should I take the little tiny mushroom and put it on another plate? Do I chop it and put a piece? Thank you for your help!
