Get yourself some larger gauge needles such as 14ga for LC and before you shake your jar remove as much of the liquid as you can. (Possible contam issues if not done correctly)

Or let the mycelium settle to the bottom of your sryinge and push out the extra liquid before using and repeat

Personally I don't see much benefit to concentrating since you can colonize way faster than you can fruit already with LC unless I'm missing something

4-7 days for a quart seems fast enough
