Hello, I may have removed my cakes too early. They looked to be fully colonized when they were in the jars (sat for about 5 weeks). One jar even had a mushroom growing in it. I took them out and put them in a fruiting chamber. They may have been dried out as the humidity was around 80%. They sat in that chamber for roughly 8 full days with constant day light. 80% humidity, 71 Degrees. I have since created a more enclosed container for them to fruit in with the humidity sitting around 92% consistently, 75 Degrees. It's been two days now. Are there any thoughts on whether I should put the cakes back in the jars and continue to colonize? They looked like they were covered in the mycelium "strands" but I didn't see the real "fuzzy" growth that I've now seen on other posts. I do see some "fuzzy / bulbous" mycellium growth on the bottom of the cakes. Sorry for the ignorance. Any advice is much appreciated!
