I have the presto PC with PSI gauge. Its 23 quarts: https://www.amazon.com/Presto-01 How can I be sure how much water to put in there? I have noticed that if you put too much, you will kill your jars. Not the jars themselves, but they'll get water in them and then you've got to start over. But if you put too little, it will run out of water before its done, and you've just killed your pressure cooker. Well, maybe. You can use it again, but its risky cause you may have damaged it. So how do you guys make sure you've got enough water in there for the 90 minutes, but not too much?
