What we have right now is a rotting tree that is slowly dying due to its own corruption. And everyone just keeps hacking away at it trying to make it worse. Eventually, this tree will perish.

Biden tried to go one legal route. Texas refuses to follow the laws. Biden could go another route, political, and formally tell Texas to stop fucking around. Finally, Biden can answer Abbot in the language he knows best, and redo Sherman's march to Juarez, this time.
Or, put another way, the police can tell someone they're committing a crime and that they should stop (we are here), the police can try to arrest them, and if they run, the police can shoot them.
First of all, it's the Biden admin that isn't following the laws. They want to flood the country with millions of people for a) cheap labor and b) millions of people they will try to turn into Dem voters in an effort to permanently solidify their power so they never lose an election again. Even though this comes at the expense of the rest of the entire country. But they don't care as I have mentioned many times before, they are powerhungry lunatics willing to do anything for power.
Secondly, it's a practical guarantee that any attempt to make Texas bend the knee by force will result in a serious standoff. You can't just "shoot" an entire State's police/NG/government. There are 20+ states that are supporting Abbot who might also decide to send backup forces. You could end up with 20+ states facing off against Biden's thugs in a standoff. As much as you would like to see the people you hate get shot, it's not realistic.
You seem to think people will just accept and ignore tyranny. That the federal government just has the power it does for no reason and state's rights don't exist. A childish notion.
SCOTUS has the final say on the law, and SCOTUS says Biden is right, Texas is wrong. So Biden is committing no crimes, and Texas is, at this point, a criminal regime.
You know what? We could do civil war 2, with the US military against Texas and whoever other braindead chuds decide to join them. We shot all the braindead chuds in 1860, then again in 1940, and now I guess we need to give you guys another reminder of this particular lesson.
Edit: I should add, we already know that Texas is too chickenshit to secede. That's why the Texas legislature explicitly removed a secession vote from their ballot. They don't even want to present the option to the people of Texas.
This is a sad little man, screaming from his chair (because he knows he can't actually stand for it and put his money where his mouth is). All he has is bloviation, and probably some level of grift/corruption.
