There is already a word for "virtue signaling" and "putting feelings before logic;" philosophy written forbye about it. That is called argumentum ad passiones, to the passions; and it usually has the connotation of grief or suffering. This is really just a natural derivative of arguments containing pathos, which is of the necessary three. Surely you know this. Too much logos results in logorrhea... Facts do not speak for themselves. There is a phrase as well from David Hume we should remind ourselves of. "Reason is a slave to the passions." And what more did he mean by that?.. Too much ethos results in absurdity and zealotry, and sanctimoniousness, and idealism. -------------------- ☆✮★⋆I ♡ the music, not the bling⋆★✮☆ https://rictornorton.co.uk/eigh 𝔦𝔫 𝔫𝔬𝔪𝔦𝔫𝔢 𝔟𝔬𝔫𝔦 𝔭𝔢𝔰𝔰𝔦𝔪𝔦 𝔪𝔞𝔩𝔬𝔯𝔲𝔪 𝔣𝔦𝔲𝔫𝔱 May I ask what your bud type is?
