Quote: Between the proxy wars we've unleashed in Ukraine and Syria alone our country has racked up a body count of close to 1 million people. That is not counting Libya, Iraq, Yemen, Afghanistan or any of the other dozen or so nations that we have fucked up via either proxy war or direct military action over the past couple of decades. There is no country on Earth right now that comes close to our body count or spreading as much misery and death as our nation has in the past few decades. No, you're wrong. Although we are not directly responsible for everything our political leaders do, we are still American. These atrocities have been committed in our name. Therefore, there is some level of responsibility that we do indeed bear. I am not calling for anything bad to happen to the American people. It is the empire that must be done away with. That said, you should understand that it is likely that we will pay the price regardless as this necessarily implies a period of instability and chaos as we revert to becoming a normal country. This is likely unavoidable. You have the Neocon elites that led us all down this path to thank for it. Quote: Maybe calling it the "worst the world has ever seen" was a bit of a stretch. However, it is the worst that presently exists and it is not likely that it will be topped by anyone else anytime soon, if ever. Neither the mongols, british, spanish, or any other empire has ever acquired the level of power or global dominance that ours presently enjoys. Although this dominance is starting to slip, this still makes it a very serious threat. When you talk about the United States, you're talking about a country that (along with Israel and a little help from the Saudis) unleashed a horde of ISIS barbarians on Iraq and Syria just to try to regime change Syria, tie up Iran and retain a high level of dominance over the Middle East. This led to the deaths of over half a million and brought untold suffering to the region. That is only one example among dozens that one could bring up. Let's not even talk about Libya, or Afghanistan, or the two Chechen wars, or the death squads in Latin America, or Serbia, or any other possible example out of dozens. We also supplied Al-Qaeda in Syria and other terrorist groups with chemical weapons for them to be used on civilians just so we could falsely blame it on Assad to justify airstrikes on Syria in support of the same terrorists. Again, this is just one example of many twisted and terrible things our nation has done. The thing is, where it's not politically feasible for us to do the dirty work ourselves because it's too violent and too barbaric, we just employ the use of proxy forces instead. All while pretending to stand against them. That is pretty fucking sickening. And since it is our hand behind these things, it is the same as if we had massacred these people ourselves. Just because we didn't build concentration camps and lead people into gas chambers with our own hands does not mean we haven't essentially achieved a similar level of brutality via the use of proxies and puppet dictators. The problem for the Empire is that it has to maintain a high level of unjustifiable violence and brutality to remain dominant in various regions of the world. It also has to accomplish this while pretending to be "righteous and moral" because otherwise our own citizens would be faced with the ugly reality of the true nature of the Empire. It has to be an empire while pretending that it is not one. This is not sustainable and will contribute to its downfall. Quote: I don't want America to be destroyed, numbnuts. The US still has great potential... with the caveat that it absolutely must give up the empire and all ambitions of global dominance. This is the only healthy and productive path forward for our nation. It is also the only path that will enable peaceful co-existence with the world, and especially with Russia and China. By the way, this process has already begun and is irreversible. And it will happen regardless of whether or not Trump wins this November. Electing Trump just serves to make the ride back down to Earth as our country transforms back into a "normal" country less bumpy and less dangerous. It could quite literally make the difference between millions of more people dying in another last-ditch effort war to preserve imperial dominance and those people being given a chance to live. Now THAT is worth a motherfucking vote. Quote: None of this matters. The only thing that matters is that the US would be embroiled in a serious domestic crisis as the government fights itself during a Trump presidency. There would be no more proxy wars like the war in Ukraine during this time and it would preserve the lives of potentially millions of people for at-least 4 years. The international situation which is extremely dangerous and unstable at this time - a direct result of the Neocons retaking power in the White House through puppet Biden - would be calmed for a while. The idea he would try to repeal the 22nd amendment is pretty ridiculous, though. Not sure where you came up with that one. Also, there definitely won't be strikes on Iran - if he was going to attack Iran, he would have done it in retaliation to the missile strikes on our airbase in Iraq during his first term. They will never get another perfect excuse to do so like that again.
