At 2 years, some pollen of cannabis or hemp will still germinate. But that's a low percentage viability at a perfect storage at 0°F (-18°C) Home storage in a conventional freezer that you also use for your groceries and whatnot.. Don't expect too much after a year. That's why I store my pollen unadultered. It's fine to dilute if you would use it immediately, but the longer time has passed between storage and use, and the more fluctuations from perfect have been present, the lower the percentage of viable pollen, so basically time dilutes it faster than I'd like even when trying to slow it. Additionally, fathers need to be kept at a minimum of 20 hours of light a day in order to not induce flowering. They don't need high strength light though. Not being able to keep these parameters, is of course an easy way to completely fuck up the bud grow next to your father veg room because of a few missed male flowers. -------------------- The best things in life can be smelled on one's fingers.
