I used to use defoliated leaf for juice from time to time as well, but my masticating juicer had a hard time chewing through the tough fibers and I didn't particularly like the juice either so I figured even though it has health benefits it's probably not worth breaking my juicer over. Oh and yes you gotta dilute that shit with carrots or apples cause it's really not something to happily chug down. Plus if you put a few leaves, then a few carrots, then a few leaves again, it's going to be somewhat easier on the juicer IME. Definitely not a good idea to cram too many leaves in the juicer at once. I have no experience with using leaves for a tea, but if you're going to use it with lactobacillus and sugar, might as well substitute the sugar for molasses if you ask me (if you have some molasses anyway) -------------------- The best things in life can be smelled on one's fingers.
