If that's the case it means you havent run the pc long enough to completely dissolve the agar, run the pc longer to see if that helps. It's the folks who run super short cycles that always end up with agar issues, the solution to most of those problems is longer heat exposure. It seems counter intuitive that agar powder would behave like that, but it sounds like a reasonable guess.
