Yeah, it's really hard to find things I can't dismiss as priming in my own experiences (Rick Doblin's term for what you're describing). Rather they're ontologically my imagination or spiritual entities, I still often find the snakes helpful in sorting out my values from my defensive reactions. So, I try not to worry about it too much. But I'm a naturally very curious person, read encyclopedias for fun. And I have obviously thought about it a hell of a lot. I used to find my version of DMT elves a bit too chaotic and overwhelming. Fun and interesting sure. Since I've let go of Terrance's views and started working with my own understanding, I see the elves less, but the snakes more ![]() All symbols of change come to think of it. Much like a frog
