Upon inspection of the plates today I noticed a bit of sediment at the bottom. I'm most likely going to make another set tonight so I'll try and take pictures of my process. Guessing I didn't heat it long enough to dissolve all the powdered agar or potato flakes. I used another container I saw recommended in this thread, didn't think about the larger area and the plates got poured a bit thin. What is the optimal depth of the agar when filling the containers? --------------------
