There's a difference in a pressure cooker and a pressure canner. Pressure cookers do not get hot enough to sterilize properly, but a pressure canner can and has been used successfully as a sterilizer and will reach the temperatures necessary to sterilize grains, surgical instruments and much more. -------------------- Psilocybe cubensis data collection thread. please help with this project if you hunt wild cubensis. https://www.shroomery.org/forum
