Howdy y'all. I've had some great success with this tek and truly love how approachable it makes agar. THANK YOU for that, truly. I am going to prep some new glad mini rounds and wanted to ask: how should I be storing these after pressure cooked in order to assure the Agar mix in the mini round takes on the proper final form (so that its a solid gelatin texture). Should they be briefly refrigerated? Cooled in the pressure cooker? Cooled at room temperature? I'm sorry if I missed this info. I did a pretty solid read a few times of this thread but couldn't get through every page. --------------------
