Your Tek is amazing, thank you for sharing! As a first time grower, making agar easy and simple has been very helpful. I have 32 plates...well about to be 31 I think, some bluish mold, oh well. So 32 and 23 have mycelial growth, pretty happy with that. Anyway, I want to take 2 or 3 of these plates and do A2A and A2G, when I select my plate should I pick one like sample 1 that is robust, thick and like half a snowball, or like the second that has taken over large area, but is not growing up or thick as well like sample 3? Or are both good potential candidates? Really appreciate the Tek and your help! Sample 1 Sample 3 --------------------
